Ingredients

Rolled oats, Almond milk, Yoghurt, Maple syrup, Peanut butter, Vanilla extract,  Cocoa powder, Chia seeds, Salt and optional chocolate chips.

Step 1

Mash the banana in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.

Step 2

Add the milk, peanut butter, maple syrup and vanilla extract and stir well.

Step 3

Add the oats, cocoa powder, chia seeds, cinnamon and a pinch of salt and stir well.

Step 4

Stir in the chocolate chips if adding. Cover and place in the fridge overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
