Coconut oil melted, maple syrup, peanut butter, salt, rolled oats, nuts, mixed seeds, dried fruit

Step 1

Start by stirring together the oil, maple syrup and peanut butter

Step 2

Add the mixture to the oats and nuts and stir until well combined.

Step 3

Cut a parchment paper to fit the base of the air-fryer.  Add granola mixture  and spread it out in an even layer.

Step 4

Air fry for 5 min,  then stir in the seeds.

Step 5

Pour the granola on a baking sheet. Stir in the dried fruit and let the granola cool down.
