Quick cooking oats,  chia seeds, salt,  almond milk,  maple syrup,  matcha powder  vanilla extract

Step 1

Add the remaining ingredients, stir well and cook on hight heat in the microwave for 3 minutes

Step 2

 Stir the oatmeal well and serve warm topped with kiwi, banana, almonds, chia seeds or other berries if desired. Enjoy!

Step 3

Add the matcha powder to a microwave safe bowl.  Add a little hot water and  stir well until no more  lumps remain.
