Green beans, olive oil, shallots, garlic, spices and  parmesan cheese..

Step 1

Place the green beans, shallot and garlic on a baking tray. Add the olive oil, salt and pepper  and stir to coat.

Step 2

Spread them out to an even layer and roast in the oven.

Step 3

Grate parmesan cheese over the green beans and  bake until crispy.

Step 4

Grate some lemon zest over the roasted green beans and top with some chopped parsley and more sea salt and black pepper to taste.
