Storage
Place any leftover parmesan garlic green beans, in an airtight container or heavy duty ziplock bag. Store in the fridge for up to 4-5 days. They won’t be as crispy after being stored, but still taste delicious.
These green beans can also be frozen for about 4 months.

Top Tip
Use freshly grated parmesan cheese to this recipe for the best result. Let it melt in the oven until crispy and lightly golden brown. Adds great flavor and crunch to this oven baked green bean recipe. I also like to top the dish with some extra shaved parmesan for some extra cheesy flavor.
FAQ
No, for these parmesan roasted green beans, the fresh green beans are roasted in the oven without any need to blanch them first.
Yes you can, just keep in mind that frozen or canned green beans contain a lot more water than fresh green beans, so the result won’t be the same. Frozen green beans will be a lot softer.
