Green beans, mushrooms, butter, shallots, garlic, spices  and vegetable broth..

Step 1

Sauté the mushrooms until they have softened and released liquids and are starting to brown. Add the spices and garlic.

Step 2

Sauté for another minute or until fragrant. Remove the sautéed mushrooms from the pan and set aside.

Step 3

Add the green beans to the pan with the vegetable broth, cover and let simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 4

Ones the green beans are tender, add the mushrooms and onions back to the pan. Stir together and serve.
