Rolled oats, bananas, strawberries, milk,  chia seeds, flaxseeds, maple syrup, baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.

Step 1

Add the bananas to a  mixing bowl and mash well  until creamy.

Step 2

Pour in the almond milk, maple syrup and vanilla and stir well.

Step 3

Add the rolled oats, flaxseed, chia seeds, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.

Step 4

Stir well and fold in the walnuts, chopped strawberries and optional chocolate chips.

Step 5

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Bake until lightly golden brown.

Step 6

Let this baked oatmeal cool down for a few minutes before cutting into pieces and serving.

Step 7

Serve as is, or topped with yoghurt, strawberries, banana slices and a drizzle of  maple syrup.
