This simple Banana Cinnamon Oatmeal cooks in the microwave in less then 5 minutes and is filled with healthy ingredients. It's a perfect quick breakfast that reminds me of warm banana bread and will keep you full.
Mash ½ the banana in a microwave safe bowl.
Add all the other ingredients and cook on hight heat in the microwave for 3 minutes. Take it out and stir then let it sit for a minute and then stir again. If you like creamier oats add a little more almond milk.
Top with the other half of the banana, almonds, chia seeds and other berries if desired.
