Ingredients
- Quick cooking oats, use certified gluten-free oats to keep this breakfast gluten-free
- Water
- Almond milk, I love unsweetened almond milk and use it in most of my recipes. You can also substitute for any other kind of plant based milk, or regular milk for non vegan. If you like the oatmeal a little creamier, you can add a little more almond milk after you cooked it in the microwave.
- Very ripe banana, you want those brown spots for the sweetness and creamy texture
- Cinnamon, ads a lovely flavour along with the banana
