Watermelon Smoothie

Refreshing layered Watermelon Smoothie filled with healthy ingredients for the hot summer days

Servings: 2 glasses
Ingredients
Green layer
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
  • handful of fresh baby spinach
Red layer
  • 200 g (1 ½ cups) frozen strawberries
  • 500g (3 cups) watermelon in chunks
White layer
  • 4 tbsp vanilla yoghurt
Instructions
Green layer
  1. Blend all the ingredients in a high speed blender and pore in 2 tall glasses. Top with the yoghurt and place in the fridge while you make the next layer

Red layer
  1. Blend the watermelon and strawberries until smooth and creamy. Pore in the glasses and serve immediately.
