400 g(15-ounce)can chickpeas, drained and rinsed(peel them for a smoother texture)
½ cupcreamy almond butter
3tablespoonmaple syrup
1teaspoonvanilla extract
2tablespoonalmond milk
1teaspooncocoa powder
½ cupchocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients except the chocolate chips in a food processor and blend until smooth. If you want a smoother texture you can peel the chickpeas first.
Add dough to a bowl and stir in the chocolate. Chill in the fridge for about an hour.
