Ingredients
  • 400 g (15-ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed (peel them for a smoother texture)
  • ½ cup creamy almond butter
  • 3 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • ½ cup chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients except the chocolate chips in a food processor and blend until smooth. If you want a smoother texture you can peel the chickpeas first.

  2. Add dough to a bowl and stir in the chocolate. Chill in the fridge for about an hour.
