Healthy Chocolate and Peanut Butter Granola

Ingredients
  • 2 deciliters (0,8 cups) oats
  • 2 deciliters (0,8 cups) puffed brown rice
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • ½ deciliter (0,2 cups) peanut butter
  • ½ deciliter (0,2 cups) honey or make syrup if vegan
Instructions
  1. Pre heat the oven to 160C.

    Mix the honey and peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl and heat on high for 30 seconds in the microwave. Stir until combined. Add the dry ingredients and mix well. Spread out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. If you want large clusters of granola, keep it chunky, otherwise separate the mixture while spreading it out. 

  2. Bake for 10-15 minutes depending on your oven. Stir after 5 minutes and check again at the 10 minute mark. 

    Let cool completely before transferring to an air tight container.
