Homemade Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola is the perfect breakfast or snack! This recipe has just 5 simple ingredients and is ready in under 30 minutes, just stir and bake. Deliciously crunchy and naturally sweetened this is my kids favorite quick breakfast right now. It is gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free, oil free and vegan adaptable!
My kids love to help with this recipe. Making granola is fun, easy and uses everyday ingredients that you probably already have at home. I like to mix in some puffed brown rice, it makes the granola lighter and crispier. If you’d like to make the granola gluten free, be sure to buy certified gluten free oats. For a vegan granola, use maple syrup instead of honey.
I love this granola with greek yoghurt and some fresh berries, but I love it just as much with some cold milk. Or just to grab a handful straight out of the jar as a snack on the go.
