Warm Chai Spiced Chia Pudding with Cinnamon Apples is a perfect fall breakfast. A warming bowl filled with chai spice and topped off with maple cinnamon apples. And all this in just 10 minutes!
Start by cooking the apples.
Add the apples and cinamon to small pot with a good splash of water. Simmer for a few minutes until the apples start to soften, add more water as necessary. At the end add the maple syrup and stir to coat. Remove from heat and reserve until serving.
Meanwhile, make the chia pudding by combining all the ingredients in a small pot and bring to a simmer while stirring. Simmer for 2 minutes, stirring often.
Top the Chia pudding with the apples, chopped pecans and Pecan almond butter
