Warm Chia Pudding, the perfect fall breakfast, a warming bowl filled with chai spice and topped off with maple cinnamon apples. And all this in just 10 minutes!
I love chia pudding, it is easy, healthy and delicious! But with colder weather I like a warming breakfast so I created this warm chia pudding, filled with chia spices and topped with cinnamon apples.
If you are like me, some times you forget to pre-make the chia pudding at night time and then stand there disappointed the next morning. But this recipe doesn’t require the chia pudding to be pre-made. You just add all the ingredients in a pan and less the 5 minutes later you have a great consistency and ready to eat chia pudding!
The apples cook at the same time as the chia pudding and I like to serve it with some chopped pecans and my homemade Pecan Almond Butter
