Warm Chia Pudding is the perfect fall breakfast loaded with flavor. A warming bowl filled with chai spice and topped off with maple cinnamon apples. And all this in just 10 minutes!

I love chia pudding, it is easy, healthy and delicious! But with colder weather, why not switch it up with a warm chia seed pudding. It is filled with chai spices and topped with warm cinnamon apples. Another great breakfast with apples, is this Apple pie baked oats.
If you are like me, some times you forget to pre-make the chia pudding at night time and then stand there disappointed the next morning. But this recipe doesn’t require the chia pudding to be pre-made. You just add all the ingredients in a pan and less the 5 minutes later you have a great consistency and ready to eat chia pudding!
The apples cook at the same time as the chia pudding and I like to serve it with some chopped pecans and my homemade Pecan Almond Butter
