Açai Blueberry Oatmeal

This easy and quick bowl of warming Açai Blueberry Oatmeal is perfect for a cold weekday morning, who said you can't eat healthy even if you don't have a lot of time?!

Ingredients
  • ½ Cup (125ml) quick cooking oats
  • ½ Cup (125ml) water
  • ½ Cup (125ml) almond milk
  • ¼ Cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon Açai powder
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1-2 teaspoon honey or maple syrup to taste
Instructions
  1. Add the blueberries in a microwave safe bowl and heat for about a minute on full effect until the blueberries are defrosted.

    Add all the other ingredients and cook for 3 minutes. Take it out and stir then let it sit for a minute and then stir again. If you like creamier oats add a little more almond milk.

    Top with more blueberries, almonds and chia seeds if desired.
