
This healthy Açai Blueberry Oatmeal is loaded with Açai blueberry flavor and has the most amazing, vibrant color. The the perfect healthy and warming breakfast bowl that's super easy to make in just minutes in the microwave.
To a microwave safe bowl, add the frozen blueberries and heat for about 1 minute on full effect until the blueberries are defrosted. If using fresh blueberries, skip this step and mash them with a fork in the bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl with the blueberries and stir well. Place the bowl back in the microwave and for 3 minutes on full effect. Check it so the oatmeal doesn't boil over.
Carefully take out the bowl, it can be very hot. Stir the blueberry oatmeal well, then let it sit for a minute and then stir again. For a creamier oatmeal, stir in a little more milk to desired texture.
Serve immediately and toppings of your choice.
