Air Fryer Granola is really quick and easy to make. Enjoy your own healthy, homemade granola in only 15 min!
Add the oil, maple syrup and peanut butter to a mixing bowl and mix well. Then add the oats and nuts and stir until well combined.
Cut a parchment paper to fit the base of the air fryer. Poke a few small holes so that the air can circulate. Pour the granola mixture on top of the parchment paper and spread it out in an even layer.
Fry at 325F for 5 min, then stir in the seeds.
Air fry for another 6 minutes and then pour out the granola on a baking sheet.
Stir in the dried fruit and let the granola cool down. Ones cooled store the granola in an air tight container for about 2-3 weeks.
This granola can also be baked in the oven.
Follow the directions but instead of the air fryer, add the granola mixture to a parchment paper covered baking sheet. Spread it out in an even layer and then bake at 160C (325°F) for 20 min, stir a couple of times while it bakes. Stir in the seeds and bake agin for about 5-10 min, stirring once or twice. Take the granola out of the oven and stir in the dried fruit. Let the granola cool down completely and then store in an air tight container.
