
Blueberry Oatmeal Mug Cake, a single-serving microwave recipe that is ready in just 5 minutes! Full of healthy ingredients and sweet, juicy blueberries, like starting your day with dessert that is actually good for you.
To a large microwave safe mug, add the banana and mash well.
Add the oats, milk, egg, vanilla, baking powder, salt and honey or maple syrup (if using sweetener)
Stir well until everything is incorporated. Gently fold in the fresh or frozen blueberries.
Cook on hight heat in the microwave for 2-3 minutes or until set. Top with more blueberries, yoghurt and some maple syrup if desired.
