These Cookie dough Balls (Vegan and Gluten-free) are really easy to make with only 8 natural ingredients. And they taste amazing!

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • 3 tablespoon almond milk
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 4 tablespoon chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Start by mixing the flaxseed meal and the almond milk, let it sit for 5-10 minutes.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredient and mix well, then stir in the chocolate chips. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes in the fridge. Roll into bite size balls and refredgerate for 30 minutes to set.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
