Grilled Pineapple with Macadamia nuts and Coconut ice cream

Ingredients
  • 1 Pineapple, sliced
  • handful of macadamia nuts, roasted and chopped
  • coconut ice cream
  • 6 teaspoon honey
  • mint, optional
Instructions
  1. Pre heat the grill or grill pan on medium high heat. Slice the pineapple in thick slices and grill until it has nice char marks about 2-3 minuted per side.

  2. Plate the pineapple with a scoop of coconut ice cream, top with a teaspoon of honey and a sprinkle of macadamia nuts.
