Hot Honey Roasted Brussels Sprouts are the perfect sweet and spicy side dish! The Brussels sprouts are roasted until crispy and slightly caramelised from the honey. This dish is also super fast and easy to make with just a few ingredients.

Ingredients
1poundbrussels sproutswashed, stalks trimmed and cut in half
3tablespoonhot honey,or 3 tablespoon honey mixed with 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes or hot sauce
3tablespoonolive oil
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonsweet paprika powder
½teaspoonsea salt
¼teaspoonground black pepper
chopped parsley for topping
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220C).
Trim the stems of the brussels sprouts, also remove any browned or damaged eaves, and cut in half lengthwise. Add them to a sheet pan.
In a small bowl, stir together the hot honey, olive oil and spices. Pour over the brussel sprouts and stir until well coated. Spread them out in an even layer.
Roast in the oven, stirring once, for about 25-35 minutes or until crispy and fork tender.
Serve hot topped with some extra flaky sea salt and chopped parsley and a drizzle of extra hot honey if desired. Enjoy!
