Homemade Pecan Almond Butter is smooth and creamy and so easy to make with only 3 ingredients!

Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups (200g) pecans, raw and unsalted
  • 1 ½ cups (200g) almonds, raw and unsalted
  • pinch of sea salt
Instructions
  1. Heat the oven to 175C (350F)

    Roast the nuts for about 8 minutes or until slightly toasted and fragrant, stirring half way. Be carful not to burn them!

  2. Let the nuts cool down al little (about 10 minutes) then transfer to a high speed food processor.

  3. Blend until smooth and scraping down the sides as needed. This will take up to 15 minutes depending on how powerful your food processor is and how smooth you like your nut butter. 

  4. When the nut butter has the consistency you like, add a little sea salt and transfer to a airtight container, store in the fridge.
