This healthy Strawberry banana apple smoothie is super easy and fast to make with just a few ingredients. A blend of sweet summer strawberries, fresh apple and a hint of banana, makes an amazing and nutritious smoothie.

Ingredients
1large apple,cored and chopped
2cups(250g) frozen strawberries
1(100g)banana,sliced and frozen
½cupmilk of your choice
½cupplain yoghurt of your choice
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1-2tablespoonmaple syrup or honeyoptional
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to the blender and process until smooth. If the mixture is too thick add a little more milk. Scrape down the sides as needed.
Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
