Start by placing the strawberries microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes until they and soft. Mash the strawberries with a fork.
Stir in the rest of the ingredients to the bowl. It will look lumpy but don't worry, it will all come together after it is cooked.
Microwave on high for 3-4 minutes, watching so it doesn’t boil over. (Microwave times will vary depending on wattage.)
Stir and let sit for 1 minute. If you think it is too thick, simply add a little more almond milk or water. Top with your favorite fruit, berries or chia jam and enjoy!
