Ingredients
1cup (170g)mango,peeled and chopped
1(150g)peach, frozen and chopped
1cup (150g)frozen strawberries
1cupmilk of your choice
1tablespoonchia seeds(optional)
1-2tablespoonmaple syrup(optional)
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and process until smooth. If the mixture is too thick add a little more milk. Scrape down the sides as needed.
Pour the smoothie into 2 glasses and serve immediately. Decorate the glasses with a slice of peach and strawberries if desired.
