
Vegan Baked Oats with Strawberry is a healthy and easy breakfast! All you need are some basic pantry ingredients and fresh or frozen strawberries.
Preheat the oven to 175C (350F) and lightly grease a pie pan
Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the batter in the prepared pie pan. Top with some sliced strawberries and a little oats if desired.
Bake the oatmeal for about 20-25 minutes until set and slightly golden brown on the sides.
Let it cool down a little and serve with a little maple syrup and yoghurt if desired.
