Vegan strawberry milk is a creamy, refreshing drink loaded with sweet strawberry flavor. Made with fresh or frozen strawberries and your favorite plant milk. Naturally sweet and incredibly easy to make, this homemade strawberry milk recipe comes together in just minutes with only wholesome 4 ingredients.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or agave
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups oat milk, preferable barista or any other creamy vegan milk of choice
  • Ice for serving
Instructions
  1. Add the hulled and washed strawberries to a small saucepan with a splash of water.
  2. Bring to a boil while stirring, lower the heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes, stir occasionally. Once the strawberries are soft and juicy, take the pan off the heat and add the maple syrup and vanilla extract.

  3. Taste and adjust with more maple syrup if desired, the amount needed depends on how sweet your strawberries are. Blend the strawberries with a hand held blender or in a blender. Let the strawberry puree cool down.

  4. Divide the strawberry puree equally in 2 tall glasses then fill the glasses with ice. pour in the ice cold oat milk and serve with a straw.

    Top with optional chopped fresh strawberries, stir with the straw and enjoy!
