Vegan strawberry milk is a version of Korean strawberry milk loaded with sweet strawberry flavor. This cafe-style drink is really easy to make with only 4 ingredients.

Making this homemade strawberry milk is really easy, all you need are a few ingredients.

- Strawberries, fresh or frozen
- Maple syrup or agave for a little sweetness.
- Vanilla extract, for a hint of vanilla that tastes so good with the strawberries.
- Oat milk, preferable barista or any other creamy vegan milk of choice
- Ice, for serving

Instructions
Making this dairy-free strawberry milk is really easy. Just follow along with the step-by-step photos below to learn how to make strawberry milk.

Step 1: Add the hulled and washed strawberries to a small saucepan with a splash of water. Bring to a boil while stirring, lower the heat and simmer and stir occasionally.
Step 2: Once the strawberries are soft and juicy, take the pan off the heat and add the maple syrup and vanilla extract.
Step 3: Blend the strawberries with a hand held blender or in a blender. Let the strawberry puree cool down.
Step 4: Divide the strawberry puree equally in 2 tall glasses then fill the glasses with ice.
Pour in the ice cold oat milk, stir it up and serve this dairy-free strawberry milk with a straw.
Hint: You can also add the milk to the blender with the strawberry purée and give it a mix to create a pink strawberry milk. Serve it ice cold with or without ice.
Substitutions and Variations
- Strawberries – instead of fresh strawberries, you can use frozen as well.
- Milk – This healthy strawberry milk recipe uses a creamy barista style oat milk, but it can also be exchanged for any other creamy, vegan milk of choice.
- Sweetness – This Korean strawberry milk is not overly sweet, easily adjust the sweetness by stirring in a little addition maple syrup.

Storage
Store leftover vegan strawberry milk in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Stir it up well before serving.
Top tip
Serve the strawberry oat milk like a cafe style drink with ice as pictured above. It can also be blended together to create a pink strawberry milk. add the milk with the strawberry purée and give it a mix in the blender. Serve it ice cold with, or without ice.

- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or agave
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups oat milk, preferable barista or any other creamy vegan milk of choice

Taste and adjust with more maple syrup if desired, the amount needed depends on how sweet your strawberries are. Blend the strawberries with a hand held blender or in a blender. Let the strawberry puree cool down.

Top with optional chopped fresh strawberries, stir with the straw and enjoy!
