This Grilled Peach and Goat Cheese Crostini is the ultimate summer appetizer. The salty goat cheese and the sweet peach is such a great combination, simple ingredients but packed full of flavor!
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 2 peaches, sliced into wedges
- 100-150 g goat cheese
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- small handful of basil, chopped
- 5 tablespoon honey
- fresh ground black pepper

Heat the grill to medium high heat. Brush the baguette with the olive oil on both sides. Grill until golden brown and place on a serving platter. Crumble the goat cheese over the bread while it is still warm.

Grill the peach wedges until they have nice char marks, be carful so they don't burn. Place one wedge on each slice of baguette and drizzle with honey, top with basil and some black pepper.
Serve immediately and Enjoy!
