Are you a hummus toast lover? I know I sure am!
It such an easy and tasty, breakfast, snack or even lunch. There are endless variations to try but these combinations are one of my favourites.
Hummus is one of my favourite dips to eat with veggies, crackers and used on the side with falafel or pita, or as my new favourite, on toast!
Start with a really good, rustic, sour dough bread. Toast it to perfection and then start with the toppings. Use your favourite humus, I have several recipes: Basil Hummus, Spicy Roasted Red Pepper Hummus and Lemon and Ginger Hummus

- 2 slices of sour dough bread, toasted
- 2-3 tablespoon hummus of your choice
- ½ avokado, peeled and slices
- 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tablespoon feta cheese, crumbled
- olive oil, sesame seeds, dill, arugula, salt and pepper for garnishing

Spread the hummus on the toasted bread and top one half with the avocado and the other with the curry tomatoes and feta cheese. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper and garnish with herbs and sesame seeds is decided.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
