Easy, 5-ingredient Mango Bliss Balls. They are vegan, sugar free, gluten free, full of flavor and a great pick me up!
Ingredients you need to make these Mango balls:
- Dried mango (no sugar added)
- Natural cashew nuts
- Coconut (unsweetened finely shredded) and extra for rolling
- Turmeric
- Lime, zest
- Maple syrup (optional)
Instructions:
Soak the cashews in hot water and the mango in room temperature water for 30 minutes. Drain and rinse.
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and mix untill it formes a dough. I like to leave small pieces of mango and cashew for the texture.
Roll into balls and coat with cocnut. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for a week.
Enjoy!!
