This easy and delicious Chocolate Banana Granola will become your new breakfast best friend. It’s super crunchy, chocolatey and not to sweet. AND its good for you, no added oil or refined sugar!

The ingredients you will need to make this healthy granola:
- Very ripe bananas
- Peanut butter, I use all natural
- Honey or maple syrup for vegan granola
- Cocoa powder, unsweetened
- Oats, use old fashion oats for a courser texture.
- Chopped almonds
- Cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Coconut chips
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl. Add the honey or maple syrup, peanut butter and cocoa powder. Mix well so there are no lumps left of the cocoa powder.
- Add the oats, chopped almonds, cinamon and pinch of salt. Stir until combined and spread out on a parchment paper lined baking tray.
- Bake and stir twice during the baking. When the granola in cooked, stir in the coconut. Store in an air tight container for about 1-2 weeks. Enjoy!

- 2 very ripe bananas
- 2 tablespoon peanut butter
- 3 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 3 cups oats
- ⅓ cup chopped almonds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- ⅓ cup coconut chips

Preheat the oven to 160 C (325F)
Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl. Add the honey, peanut butter and cocoa powder. Mix well so there are no lumps left of the cocoa powder.

Add the oats, chopped almonds, cinamon and pinch of salt. Stir until combined and spread out on a parchment paper lined baking tray.

Bake for about 30 minutes, stir twice during the baking. When the granola in cooked, stir in the coconut. Store in an air tight container for about 1-2 weeks.
