Storage

Store these chocolate cherry balls in and airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days for a great grab and go snack.

They can also be frozen and will keep for around 2 to 3 months. Let them defrost in the fridge, or on the counter if eaten straight away. I do not recommend defrosting them in the microwave since they will melt.

Top tip

For extra chocolate flavor, dip these chocolate cherry bliss balls in melted chocolate. They can then also be served as a dessert!

Yes, pack them up in an airtight container or freezer friendly ziplock bag and freeze for 2-3 months.

Are bliss balls the same as protein balls?

They are similar, but not quite the same. Bliss balls rends to be a little sweeter and often include dates. Protein balls often include protein powder and they may be less sweet.
