These Peanut Butter and Jelly Bites are a new family favourite!
They are really easy to make, vegan, gluten free and healthy-ish so I would call this the perfect little bite when your sweet tooth is calling.
These Peanut Butter and Jelly Bites are easy to make. Here are the ingredients you will need:
- Oats, use certified gluten free if desired
- Peanut butter, I use all natural
- Dates
- Maple syrup
- Freeze dried strawberries
- Dark chocolate, use vegan
Instructions:
- Place all the ingredients except for the chocolate in a food processor. Mix, scrape down the sides as needed, until you have a dough like consistency.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave.
- Roll the dough into balls and dip in the melted chocolate and place on parchment paper to set. Top with chopped freeze dried strawberries and store in the fridge. Enjoy!

- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 10 freeze dried strawberries and more for topping
- 100 g dark chocolate, use vegan

Roll the dough into balls and dip in the melted chocolate and place on parchment paper to set. Top with chopped freeze dried strawberries and store in the fridge.
