They are really easy to make and the best thing, from the mixing bowl to your mouth in 30 minutes!
I just bought a donut pan and it was love at first bake! Now I am experimenting with all kind of flavors and textures. So hope you are ready for more baked donuts recipes to come!
Are baked chai donuts as good as fried donuts?
Fried donuts are delicious, but full of fat! Baked donuts are more cake-like and not at all greasy like fried donuts. I really like the texture and the crunchy cinnamon sugar coating.
How do I get perfectly even baked donuts?
Place the donut batter in a ziplock bag or pastry bag and and cut a small hole in one corner. Pipe the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling them half way. Bake the donuts and let them cool in the pan before removing them.
