The overnight oats are filled with either fresh, or frozen strawberries. Making overnight oats with frozen strawberries is both cost efficient, delicious and nutritious. This way you can make this nutrient-packed breakfast all year round, not just when it is strawberry season. Much like this Overnight oats with frozen fruit.
These Strawberry yogurt overnight oats make an excellent meal prep. Another one of my favourites for breakfast meal prep, is this Blueberry overnight oats recipe or this Cherry overnight oats.

Storage
This Strawberries and cream overnight oats makes a great meal-prep breakfast. It can be stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days in the fridge.
After being stored a few days in the fridge, the oats will have thicker consistency because they will continue to soak up liquid. For a looser consistency, stir in a little milk before serving.
Overnight oats doesn’t freeze well, so I don’t recommend this.
