Peach season is here! Lets celebrate with some Honey Roasted Peaches.
I love peaches when they are in season, so sweet and juicy. No need to add a lot to them, but roasting them in the oven really brings out the flavours. This recipe comes together easily and quickly. Works both for desserts well as breakfast.
If you want to make this recipe vegan, just maple syrup and a vegan yoghurt. For a gluten-free dish, use certified gluten-free granola.
My Healthy Pecan Granola goes great with these Honey Roasted Peaches.
