Peach season is here! Let’s celebrate with some Honey Roasted Peaches.
I love peaches when they are in season, so sweet and juicy. No need to add a lot to them, but roasting them in the oven really brings out the flavours. This recipe comes together easily and quickly. Works both for desserts well as breakfast.
This recipe is super easy to make and really brings our the natural sweetness of the peaches. If you want to make this recipe vegan, just maple syrup and a vegan yoghurt. For a gluten-free dish, use certified gluten-free granola.

Ingredients
This roasted peaches recipe is super easy to make with only 2 ingredients. For the full ingredient measurements, scroll down to view the recipe card at the bottom of the page.
- Peaches, use ripe and sweet peaches, whatever kind of peaches you like.
- Honey, use a runny kind of honey and add a little more to taste depending on how sweet and ripe the peaches are.
- For serving: yoghurt and granola for a healthy breakfast or serve with vanilla ice cream for dessert with a drizzle of honey .

Instructions
- Place parchment paper in a baking dish with edges.
- Slice the peaches in half and remove the pips. Place them cut side up on the baking tray. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup and bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes depending on the ripeness and size of your peaches. They are done when they are soft and easily be pierced with a fork.
- Serve with a with a drizzle of honey, yoghurt and granola for a healthy breakfast or serve with vanilla ice cream for dessert.
Storage
These baked peaches tastes best when eaten straight away while they are still warm. If there are any leftovers, they can be stored in an air tight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Eat the leftover peaches cold or heat them in the microwave.

- 4 peaches
- 2 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- yoghurt and granola for serving

Preheat the oven to 220C (425F)
Place parchment paper on a baking dish with edges.
