Refreshing layered Watermelon Smoothie filled with healthy ingredients for the hot summer days. Ready in less then 10 minutes and gone just as fast!
The ingredients for this Watermelon Smoothie are really simple, you probably have most of it at home.
All you need is:
- A high speed blender of food processor
- 1 frozen banana, peeled and sliced before frozen
- 1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
- A handful of baby spinach
- 4 tablespoon vanilla yoghurt, use vegan yogurt for a vegan smoothie
- 200 g frozen strawberries, if they are big, chop them up first to help create a smooth consistency
- 500g watermelon, chopped in chunks
I love smoothies in the summer but I also have them in the winter. One of my favourites in the fall is this Easy Apple Pie Smoothie (gluten-free and vegan) Full of apple flavour and warming spices.
